● At the end of the booking process, you will be able to provide the address of your accommodation in Mexico City. If you do not wish to be picked up at your accommodation, you can go to the proposed meeting point and indicate this upon completing the booking. The local supplier will contact the passenger prior to the service to confirm the exact pick-up time and point; if you do not receive this communication 24 hours before, it is the passenger's responsibility to contact the telephone number on the voucher
● The day before the experience, we will create a WhatsApp group where we will reconfirm all the details of the pick-up time. If you have a phone with WhatsApp, please inform us at the end of the booking process; otherwise, please contact the local supplier at the telephone number on the voucher to let them know
● Our guide will pick you up directly in the lobby of your hotel or at the main entrance of your accommodation. To ensure a smooth pick-up, please be ready 10 minutes before the agreed time. Pick-ups begin 30 minutes before the start of the activity
● The start time and duration of the tour are approximate and depend on the meeting point and travel time. Please check the information received from the supplier
● Due to government immigration regulations, all passengers must present their passport, whether physical, digital, or photocopied, proving their legal stay in Mexico. If the physical document is not presented, it is necessary to show the passport page with the entry stamp into the country, as well as the page with personal data
● Failure to show up at the check-in time may result in the loss of the tour
● The order of the visits may vary due to operational reasons
