● To use the bus service, it is strictly mandatory to download the 'Buenos Aires City Bus' mobile application. Your original booking voucher is not valid for boarding. You must enter your booking locator in the downloaded app, which will validate your ticket and generate the definitive QR codes that you must present when boarding. There is no other way to access the service
● Please dress according to the weather conditions. The use of comfortable clothing and shoes is recommended
● Please note that this is not a guided activity; the service consists solely of transportation with accompanying staff during the journey, complemented by the audioguide, admission to the museums, and the optional walking tours
● Transfers between the sightseeing bus stops and the interior of the stadiums and museums are done completely independently by the client (you must get off at Stop 5 to access Boca Juniors and at Stop 19 to access River Plate)
● Express visits inside the stands of La Bombonera and the Monumental Stadium are always subject to availability and club regulations; please note that these accesses will not be offered on days when the teams play at home, nor during events or concerts
● The walking tours are a free and optional activity that operates under the free tour system (voluntary payment or direct gratuity for the guide). Their operation is subject to weather and operational conditions, and to participate, you must announce yourself to the staff at the corresponding stop beforehand
● The duration and schedules of the route are approximate and depend on traffic conditions
● The itinerary may be subject to alterations due to weather conditions, traffic, city events, road closures, or high crowds
● Whenever possible, stops will have some kind of signage; however, most stops do not have visible signage due to traffic regulations. When stops are signed, the size of the sign may vary from one tour to another
● Please note that this ticket gives you access to hop on and hop off as many times as you want within the contracted time
