● To use the service, it is strictly mandatory to download the 'Buenos Aires City Bus' mobile application. Your original booking voucher is not valid for boarding. You must enter your booking locator in the downloaded app, which will validate your ticket and generate the definitive QR codes that you must present when boarding. There is no other way to access the service

● For the boat ride, you must arrive at the departure pier 20 minutes before your chosen departure time

● Whenever possible, stops will have some kind of signage; however, most stops do not have visible signage due to traffic regulations. When stops are signed, the size of the sign may vary from one tour to another
