● Children must be included in the reservation, as they will be asked for a ticket to access the monument. Tickets for children under 13 do not include an audio guide
● The audio guide service consists of an application that you must download on your mobile phone and listen to with your own headphones. No device is included for this purpose
● Remember to bring a fully charged mobile phone and headphones. Follow the instructions that will be sent via email to use the Audio Guide APP
● The ticket issuance time may vary by up to 30 minutes from the one selected during the purchase process
● You will receive all final documentation for your visit via email approximately 24 hours in advance
● Comfortable footwear is recommended
● Only assistance dogs and emotional support pets are authorized to enter, provided the corresponding documentation or medical certificate proving such condition is presented
● Wheelchair accessible with a specific route
● By presenting your ticket, you can use the cloakroom service for free to leave your belongings during the visit. Please note that, for hygiene reasons, animals, food, drinks, and plants are not allowed. Furthermore, in the cloakroom, it is possible to request wheelchairs, electric scooters, walking stick seats, and baby strollers. As an exception, suitcases are not allowed in the cloakroom service on Mondays
