● If you select an option with pickup, please provide complete accommodation details at the end of the booking process. The local provider will contact you before the activity starts to confirm the exact pickup time and location. If you have not received this confirmation 24 hours in advance, it is the passenger's obligation and responsibility to contact the local provider at the phone number indicated on the voucher
● If you select an option without transport, please make your own way to the meeting point indicated in the corresponding section and on your confirmation voucher
● Please arrive at the meeting or pickup point 15 minutes in advance to avoid delays. If you are not punctual, you could lose the service without the right to a refund
● Please dress according to the weather conditions. The use of comfortable clothing and shoes, swimsuit, towel, hat, sunglasses and sunscreen is recommended
● Tour duration and times are approximate and depend on the distance from the pickup point, the order on the route, and traffic circumstances
● To participate in the snorkeling activity, you must be at least 8 years old and in good physical condition
● Pregnant women or individuals over 60 years old cannot participate in the snorkeling activity
● For passenger safety, the snorkeling activity may be canceled due to bad weather conditions, in which case no refund will be issued
● For options including transportation, for safety reasons infants must travel in an approved child restraint system on the bus. The provider does not supply this device, so each client must bring their own seat. An approximate charge of 15 USD will apply to guarantee the seat
