Candlelight Concert at Palais Auersperg with Optional Dinner

● Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15/30 minutes before the start of the activity. For the concert, the show begins at 20:00. For dinner options, dinner starts at 18:00
● Late entry will only be permitted during a break or may not be allowed at all
● Categories: VIP (exclusive seating, glass of sparkling wine, and meet-and-greet with the artists), Superior (close to the stage and immersive view), A (central area with excellent visibility), and B (rear or side area with good visibility)
● For a complete experience, guests can book a dinner and concert package. The festive dinner takes place before the concert and offers an exclusively selected 4-course menu with Austrian specialties. You can choose between a classic or vegetarian four-course menu. Vegan, gluten-free, or other special dietary requirements can also be requested
● Suggested Classic Menu (subject to change without notice): Organic bread with butter and sauces; Mozzarella with cherry tomatoes and pine nuts; Tuscan-style tomato cream; Beef fillet with pepper sauce, asparagus, and potatoes; Chocolate fondant with berries
● Suggested vegetarian menu (subject to change without notice): organic bread with butter and spreads; creamy potato soup; homemade cheese spätzle with fried onions; chocolate fondant with berries and raspberries

● Duration: Concert approximately 70 minutes, including a 15-minute intermission. Dinner and concert approximately 3 hours
● Dress code: Smart and appropriate dress is recommended; there is no strict dress code
● As a protected historic building, Palais Auersperg does not have an elevator
● There will be a short, informative, and entertaining introduction in English, but it is not essential to enjoy the concert
● Minors are not admitted to the events
● In case of cancellation or postponement of the event due to force majeure (e.g., official orders, pandemic), the organizer will offer an alternative date or a voucher
● Photo, video, and audio recordings, as well as the use of mobile phones, are prohibited during the performance
● It is mandatory to use the cloakroom for coats, jackets, backpacks, umbrellas, and similar items
