Your day begins with a visit to markets and small food shops frequented by local residents. Accompanied by a professional chef, you will discover where Romans shop for their daily ingredients and learn about some of the essential products that define Italian gastronomy.
After the market visit, you will head to the location where the cooking class takes place, either in a traditional apartment near Piazza Farnese or in a house on Tiber Island, depending on the day's arrangements. There, you will take part in a hands-on experience and learn techniques and secrets for preparing fresh Italian pasta from scratch.
During the class, you will work with carefully selected ingredients and follow the chef’s step-by-step instructions to create an authentic Italian recipe that you can recreate at home for family and friends.
At the end of the class, you will enjoy a lunch prepared from the dishes made during the experience, accompanied by beverages and a glass of Italian wine.
