Upon arrival at the Mykonian Spiti, after being conveniently collected from your hotel, port, or preferred location, you’ll be warmly welcomed by Teta, your host, into her beautiful home. The experience goes beyond cooking—it's a deep dive into the Mykonian culture and history. Teta will share stories of her family and Mykonos’ lifestyle while you enjoy traditional Mykonian meze such as dakos with kopanisti cheese, louza (sun-dried pork), wine, and Cretan raki.
Explore Teta’s vegetable garden, learn about organic farming, and then head to the kitchen, where you'll master traditional Greek dishes like tzatziki, spinach pie, and stuffed peppers and tomatoes. With Teta’s expert guidance, you’ll prepare a variety of dishes, all while wearing protective aprons provided by the estate.
