● Please arrive at the pick-up location 15 minutes before the tour departure time
● Please provide full details of your accommodation at the time of booking. Please note that it is the sole responsibility and obligation of the passenger to contact the local operator one day prior to the service to confirm the exact pick-up location and time
● If hotel pick-up is not possible due to operational reasons, a nearby meeting point will be arranged
● The lunch menu is crafted with health and nutrition in mind. If you require a special menu for medical or dietary reasons, please inform us upon booking
● Lunch menu:
- Starters: Two fresh salads (green and potato salad) with dressings
- Main course: Grilled fish fillet and chicken fillet served with sauces
- Side dishes: Rice pilaf (arroz jardinero) and sautéed vegetables
- Beverage & Coffee: A refreshing glass of sangria and Costa Rican coffee
● Recommended to bring: swimsuit, change of clothes, towel, sunscreen, hat, and camera
● The vessel strictly complies with all maritime transport regulations and onboard safety protocols, including drill procedures
● Alcohol will not be served to minors under 18 years of age
● Please note that due to the nature of the service and local destination factors (such as weather conditions, tides, maritime traffic, or unforeseen operational events), this tour may experience itinerary adjustments, boarding time changes, or operational shifts
● We are not responsible for valuable items left inside the vehicle or onboard the vessel
● In the event of cancellation due to bad weather or any force majeure circumstances beyond our control, the tour will be rescheduled or a full refund will be issued
● Departures from Guanacaste:
- Zone 1 (Guanacaste North): Includes resorts and beaches near the Gulf of Papagayo, Bahía Salinas, and Liberia (such as Playa Hermosa, Panamá, El Coco, and Ocotal)
- Zone 2 (Guanacaste South / Central): Includes the coastal area of the Nicoya Peninsula and residential areas such as Tamarindo, Conchal, Flamingo, Brasilito, Nosara, and Sámara
● This tour requires a minimum of 4 passengers to operate for departures from Monteverde and Manuel Antonio, and a minimum of 6 passengers for departures from Guanacaste (Zone 1 & Zone 2), San Carlos, and La Fortuna. If the minimum is not met, alternative dates or a full refund will be offered
