● Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes in advance to avoid delays on the pickup route. If you are not punctual, you could lose the service without the right to a refund
● Please dress according to the weather conditions. The use of comfortable clothing and footwear is recommended
● It is advisable to wear layers of warm clothing and bring sunscreen, a hat, and water
● Please note that lunch is not included; you will have free time to have lunch on your own. If you wish to taste the Patagonian lamb or the traditional Welsh tea, you must necessarily communicate it in advance for its management
● Please note that alternative gastronomic options for people with vegan or vegetarian diets in the area are very limited
● This tour operates with a minimum of 2 passengers; if this minimum is not met, you will be offered an alternative time or date, or a full refund

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the service. If you cancel between 72 and 48 hours before the activity, a 50% penalty will apply. With cancellation less than 48 hours in advance or no-show, no refund is provided.
