● Be at the pickup point 15 minutes in advance to avoid delays on the pickup route. If you are not on time, you could lose the service without the right to a refund.
● Please dress according to the weather conditions. The use of comfortable clothing and shoes, snow outerwear, sunglasses, and sun protection is recommended.
● Please note that this tour has different private or shared tour options; please select the one that best suits you during the booking process.
● This tour operates with a minimum of 2 passengers for the shared option and a maximum of 10 people for the private option, if this minimum is not reached you will be offered an alternative time or date or a full refund.
● The duration and schedules of the tour are approximate and depend on the distance of the pickup point, the order on the route, and traffic circumstances.
● The itinerary may undergo alterations due to weather conditions, traffic, city events, road closures, or high public influx.
● Please note that access tickets to the facilities, slopes, or ski lifts of the Portillo ski center are not included, as this is a visit exclusively to enjoy the scenic environment and the snow.
● The service ends with the return to the initial pickup point.
