Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 8 days before the start of the activity.
Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before the start of the activity will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 72 hours before the start of the activity and no-shows are non-refundable.

Customer's hotel or nearby meeting point
Pick-up will be arranged at the customer's accommodation whenever possible. If the hotel cannot be accessed or pick-up is not possible for operational reasons, the supplier will provide a nearby meeting point before the activity begins.
