Discover the extraordinary legacy of the Khmer Empire on this private excursion through the magnificent Angkor Archaeological Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Accompanied by an official guide in the selected language, you will explore some of Cambodia's most iconic temples while learning about the history, architecture and symbolism of one of Southeast Asia's most fascinating civilizations.
After pick-up from your accommodation in Siem Reap, you will head to the official ticket office of the Angkor Archaeological Park, where you may purchase your entrance pass before beginning the tour.
Your first stop will be the majestic Angkor Wat, considered the largest religious monument in the world and the masterpiece of Khmer architecture. Built in the 12th century and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this impressive temple is renowned for its soaring towers, extensive galleries and remarkable bas-reliefs depicting scenes from Hindu mythology and the history of the ancient Khmer Empire.
Next, you will visit Ta Prohm, one of Angkor's most photographed temples, famous for the giant tree roots embracing its ancient stone structures. Preserved much as it was when discovered by French explorers, it offers a unique atmosphere and gained worldwide fame after appearing in the film *Tomb Raider*.
You will then enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to Angkor Thom, the last great capital of the Khmer Empire. Enter through the monumental South Gate to discover the spectacular Bayon Temple, famous for its enigmatic towers adorned with gigantic carved stone faces. The tour continues with visits to Baphuon Temple, the Terrace of the Elephants, the Terrace of the Leper King and the remains of the Royal Palace, completing an unforgettable journey through the heart of the archaeological complex.
The excursion is available in two options. The **Classic Option** follows the standard itinerary through the main temples of the Angkor Archaeological Park. For an even more memorable experience, you may choose the **Angkor Wat Sunrise Option**, which includes the opportunity to witness one of the world's most spectacular sunrises in front of Cambodia's most iconic temple before continuing with the same itinerary as the Classic Option.

Begins with sunrise in front of Angkor Wat and then follows the same sightseeing itinerary as the Classic option
● After completing your booking, you must provide the name and address of your accommodation in Siem Reap to arrange the pick-up service.
● Please provide your accommodation details when making your booking. If you have not been contacted by the local supplier at least one day before the activity, it is the passenger's sole responsibility to contact the local telephone number indicated on the voucher to confirm the exact pick-up time and location.
● Please be ready in your hotel's reception area at least 20 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.
● If you select the Sunrise Option, you must request a takeaway breakfast from your hotel in advance, as the departure takes place before the usual breakfast service.
● During the booking process, you may request a vegetarian meal at no additional cost.
● There are currently no specialised restaurants for coeliacs within the Angkor Archaeological Park. Although some restaurants in Siem Reap offer gluten-free options, there is a high risk of cross-contamination during the excursion.
● The order of the visits may be modified for operational reasons without affecting the overall itinerary.
● Appropriate clothing is required to enter the temples. Shorts above the knee and sleeveless shirts are not permitted. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended, as the visit includes uneven surfaces.
● It is recommended to bring sunscreen, a hat, insect repellent and cash to purchase entrance tickets and cover personal expenses.
● Wi-Fi service during the transfers is subject to mobile network coverage.
● The activity may be affected by weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the supplier's control.
