The picturesque route to the Pueblos Blancos winds through the historic border between the medieval kingdoms of Castile and Granada. As we travel from Seville or Cadiz, you can see ancient watchtowers and fortresses such as the Aguzaderas Castle, located in the village of El Coronil. The scenery unfolds from plains to mountains, tailored to your interests.
Next, we will arrive at Zahara de la Sierra, located in the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park, an ecological treasure. You can stroll through its charming streets, enjoy breathtaking views and visit an olive oil mill, tasting and purchasing high quality products. The mountains of the Sierra de Grazalema offer extraordinary scenery, geology and flora, such as the Spanish fir forest, the rainiest place in Spain.
We can also visit Setenil de las Bodegas, a village inside the rocks, depending on your preferences. Our next stop is one of the most impressive white villages in Andalusia, Grazalema, named after its mountain range. You will be able to appreciate its beauty and panoramic mountains. Finally, we will head to the mythical and romantic town of Ronda, characterised by the dramatic Sierra mountains and the flights of vultures. Points of interest include the Alameda, the Puente Nuevo, the Paseo de los Toreros and El Tajo.
