100% TOUR GUARANTEED IN SPANISH
Enjoy an exclusive experience with this VIP excursion to Washington D.C., the capital of the United States and the nation’s political and historical center. The tour begins with pickup directly from your hotel, provided it is located in Manhattan. If your accommodation is outside this area, you will receive the exact meeting point in advance. Accompanied by a professional Spanish-speaking guide, you will depart from New York, crossing the states of New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland before reaching Virginia and finally the majestic city of Washington D.C.
Along the way, we will make a short stop in Delaware for breakfast before continuing to Virginia, where we will pass by the impressive Pentagon building, the nerve center of U.S. defense. Our first major stop will be Arlington National Cemetery, a solemn and historic site where notable figures such as President John F. Kennedy and his family rest, along with Robert Strange McNamara and Michael Musmanno.
We will then visit the Iwo Jima Memorial, a moving tribute to the United States Marine Corps. Our journey continues to the National Mall, the monumental heart of the city, where you will find some of the country’s most iconic landmarks: the Vietnam War Memorial, the Three Soldiers Monument, the Lincoln Memorial —site of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s historic “I Have a Dream” speech— and the Korean War Memorial.
Next, we will stop at the Washington Monument, also known as the “Obelisk,” before admiring the Federal Reserve, the Reflecting Pool, the World War II Memorial, the OAS headquarters, and the International Red Cross.
Our following stop is the exterior of the White House, a symbol of American political power, where you can take photos and learn about Conchita, the woman who camped for decades in protest against nuclear weapons —a movement now continued by Philipos Melaku-Bello.
We will then pass by Ford’s Theatre and the FBI headquarters before arriving at the south side of the U.S. Capitol, where you’ll have approximately 45 minutes of free time for lunch and exploration.
In the afternoon, we will head back to New York, arriving between 8:00 and 9:00 p.m., depending on traffic. Weather and road conditions permitting, we’ll make one final stop at Weehawken, one of New Jersey’s most stunning viewpoints, offering a breathtaking illuminated view of the Manhattan skyline.
Throughout the journey, your guide will share fascinating insights and details about each location, ensuring a complete, enriching, and fully Spanish-guided experience. Please note that some changes may occur if the tour is conducted by bus or due to traffic or weather conditions.
