● Getting Started: Head to any Big Bus stop along the route. You can use a printed map or download the free Big Bus Tours app (available on Google Play and App Store) for real-time stop locations, schedules, city maps, and local recommendations
● Show your ticket to a member of our staff at any Big Bus stop or when boarding the bus
● Complimentary multilingual headphones are available on board. Our customer service representatives will also be available to answer any questions during the tour
● Please note that service may occasionally be affected by inclement weather or special events
● Passengers aged 3 to 12 require a child ticket. All passengers under 15 must be accompanied by someone aged 15 or older. Children under 2 travel free of charge
● Strollers are welcome but must be foldable due to limited space. They must be folded and stored on the lower deck
● Everglades tours are offered in English or Spanish
● Miami bus tours operate daily. First bus: 09:05 AM from Stop #1 (Bayside Marketplace, 401 Biscayne Blvd, in front of Ben’s Pizza). Last bus: 03:05 PM from the same location
