● At the end of the booking process you will be able to choose the pick-up point from the proposed options. If your accommodation is not on the list, you must select the meeting point closest to your accommodation. The local supplier will contact the passenger before the service to confirm the exact pick-up time and point; if you have not received this communication 24 hours before the tour, it is the passenger’s sole responsibility to contact the phone number shown on the voucher to confirm the exact pick-up time and point
● Please be at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the tour begins
● IMPORTANT: please be on time at the designated point, as the streets are narrow and the tour includes several pick-up points; the driver will not be able to wait
● Pick-up points may be changed in case of closed streets or access not permitted for the bus. If necessary, an alternative will be provided the day before the service
● Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions
● Please note that September is usually a windy month; however, weather conditions may vary and are not limited to a specific period
● The tour is not canceled due to weather conditions. However, if exceptionally on the service date unforeseen events arise that prevent completion of the program, every effort will be made to offer an alternative. If no agreement is reached, the tour may be canceled and a refund will be issued
● Please note that the entrance fee to the Akrotiri Archaeological Site is not included in the tour price and must be paid on site, at the passenger’s expense
● The Akrotiri Archaeological Site is not visited during the months of November and March
● Free time in the village of Oia or in Fira varies depending on the season. During the high season (April–October), there is free time in Oia village before or after sunset to stroll through its streets, shop and take photos. In the low season (November–March), Akrotiri is not visited, there is a brief photo stop at Perissa Beach, and free time is offered in Fira for lunch and a walk. In both seasons, the sunset experience always takes place in Oia
● This tour is not suitable for infants, children under 5 years old, people with back problems, heart conditions, pregnant women, or wheelchair users, as it requires quite a bit of walking (sites are accessible on foot only)
● Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended
● The indicated times and the order of visits are subject to possible changes
