Day Trip to Pachacamac with Pickup

Step back into the era of ancient Andean civilizations on this 3-hour tour to the Lurín Valley. The journey begins with a stop in the bohemian district of Barranco, discovering its history as a fishing village and exclusive seaside resort. We then head to the Pachacamac Archaeological Site, the most important ceremonial center on Peru's central coast, dedicated to the god who created the universe. Explore the impressive citadel, the famous oracle, and the Temple of the Sun, an Inca adobe structure offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the Andes mountains. You will also visit the Acllawasi, a sacred house for the "chosen women." A fascinating look into Moche, Wari, and Inca history.
