Combine a cruise beneath the Cliffs of Moher, an afternoon on Inis Oírr island and the landscapes of the Burren in a single day, on a small-group luxury coach and boat tour from Galway.
This small-group tour combines three of the West of Ireland's most iconic landscapes in a single day, using a luxury midi-coach and boat crossings. The tour departs from Galway with a guide on board throughout the journey.
The first stop is a scenic cruise along the base of the Cliffs of Moher, offering views of their 700-foot height from sea level, a different perspective from the usual clifftop view. The boat trip lasts approximately 60 minutes and is subject to weather conditions.
The group then disembarks on Inis Oírr, the smallest of the Aran Islands, where passengers have approximately 2.5 to 3 hours of free time to explore its golden sandy beaches, O'Brien's Castle, a shipwreck from the 1960s and other historical sites on the island.
On the return to Galway, the route passes through the Burren, a vast limestone landscape in County Clare, taking in the Blackhead Lighthouse and the village of Ballyvaughan, with views over Galway Bay.
The tour includes transport in a luxury coach, a guide throughout the journey and two ferry crossings.
