Our adventure departs from Brussels with a first stop at the iconic Atomium, a shimmering symbol of 20th-century architecture and the perfect spot for your first photo of the day. From there, we head to Ghent, a medieval masterpiece that awaits with a guided walking tour tailored to reveal its historic soul. You will discover the unique optical illusion of the City Hall and stand before the majestic St. Bavo's Cathedral, home to the world-renowned Van Eyck masterpiece, The Adoration of the Mystic Lamb.
Ghent’s skyline is defined by its three legendary towers: the cathedral’s, the St. Nicholas Church, and the towering Belfry, crowned by a dragon watching over the city from 91 meters high. We will stroll along the Graslei and Korenlei quays, where the old harbor’s canals provide the most picturesque views of the city, and cross the romantic St. Michael’s Bridge. The tour also takes you past the imposing Castle of the Counts (Gravensteen), the best-preserved fortress in Flanders. ● Clients must present themselves at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure
● Since 2018, Belgian regulations occasionally require radio guides. You can use your own (3.5 mm jack, non-wireless) or buy disposable ones for a small fee
● Luggage or backpacks can be left on the bus at no additional cost
● Restrooms on buses are not guaranteed due to the short distances, but stops at service areas can be made if needed
● Digital voucher: no need to print the booking confirmation
● Strollers are allowed on the bus, but infant car seats are not provided
● The bus has no wheelchair ramp; users must board/disembark independently or with assistance. Wheelchairs can be stored in the luggage hold
● Entrance fees are not included. Most interior stops are free; only sites like the bell tower or cathedral museum require a fee (€5-10 approx.). As it is a 2-hour tour, the guide will explain these points so you can return later. A longer stop is made at the cathedral to see the free replica of the Altarpiece
● The use of comfortable shoes is recommended
