If your hotel is not located in these areas, even if the physical address of the accommodation mentions Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico, the pick-up service will correspond to the Riviera Maya Zone, increasing its cost due to the distance. You can also ask our team for an alternative meeting point to start the activity within the pick-up zones in Playa del Carmen. Transport to this point will be at the client's expense
