● If you choose the option with lunch included, please pick up your lunch at the cafeteria inside the Amigo Tours meeting point downtown
● It is mandatory to bring a swimsuit and cash since card payments will not be accepted and there are no ATMs available. Entrance to the Grotto, Tunnel, Pools, and River must be done with a swimsuit and comfortable shoes
● IMPORTANT: due to government immigration regulations, all passengers must present their passport, whether physical, digital, or photocopied, proving their legal stay in Mexico. If anyone does not present the physical document, it is also necessary to show the passport page with the entry stamp into the country, as well as the page with the person's data
● For the safety of our clients, access to the river and the grotto may be limited depending on weather conditions. These restrictions are subject to the indications and measures established by the park authorities
