● The tour starts from the cruise terminal at 9 am. Please show up at the pickup point 10 minutes before the departure time
● If you require pickup from your accommodation, please provide full details at the time of booking. It is the passenger's sole responsibility, if no communication has been received from the local provider, to contact the local number provided on the voucher one day before the service to confirm the exact pickup point and time
● Meeting point for cruise ships is in the EDC parking lot in the cruise facility (a 5-minute walk from your cruise ship). When your ship is docked, walk to the information desk and ask for St. Maarten Presidential Tours; they will point you to the EDC parking lot or you can ask any security guard to call our local number
● For hotel guests, we will meet in the main lobby at the start. For AirBnb or anyone staying on the island, we will meet you at your location to start the tour
● The tour requires a minimum of 2 people to operate
● Things to consider bringing along with you: beach bag or backpack, beach towel, sneakers, slippers, dry clothing to change, camera, sunscreen and umbrella
● If you require a Spanish-speaking guide, please specify this request in the "Special Instructions" or "Notes" section at the time of booking
● Infant seats unavailable; they must sit on your lap
