● If you choose the option with pick up: please inform the complete details of your accommodation at the time of formalizing the reservation. It is very important in this case to take note that it is the passenger's sole obligation and responsibility to contact the local contact number one day before the service to confirm the exact pick-up point and time (please ensure your accommodation is within our pickup areas)
● Please be at the pickup point 15 minutes before the tour starts. The tour guides will only wait a maximum of 10 minutes for you before proceeding to the next stop
● Pick up areas: from Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Sanur, Kerobokan, Canggu, Nusa Dua, and Ubud. The driver will contact you the evening before your activity date to confirm the exact time
● If you are headed to the meeting point, we would like to stress that heavy traffic in the mornings is expected, and can vary greatly when compared to the travel time stated in navigation apps (e.g. Google Maps, Waze, etc.). Please make sure to consider leaving with enough time to reach your destination
● Please note that the boat will depart from the Sanur Pier at exactly 8.00am and will not wait for late travellers. For those who arrive after 8.00am, no refund will be issued
● Snorkeling in the open sea presents inherent risks that participants must recognize and comprehend, necessitating the completion of waiver forms to partake in the activity
● Participants must possess an adequate level of fitness and be capable of swimming independently. Snorkeling activities are only available for those aged 10 - 50 with the ability to swim independently
● To ensure safety, our tour guides are allocated to supervise groups of up to 5 participants. However please note that these guides do not accompany individuals during snorkeling ventures
● We kindly recommend you bring sun protection, comfortable footwear, sanitation items, swimwear and towel, a change of clothes and a camera. Also, ensure you bring your voucher
● Our driver will assist customers with the check-in process at the boat company. Once customers arrive in Nusa Penida, they can contact our guide
● The minimum age to participate in this tour is 9 years old
● The number of people per group is up to 5
