The local provider will contact the passenger before the service to confirm the exact pick-up time and point; if you have not received this communication 24 hours before the tour, it is the passenger's sole responsibility to contact the phone number on the voucher to confirm the exact pick-up time and point
● This is a panoramic tour with short stops at the main points of interest, it is not a tour designed to access ski centers and perform ski activities, they are short stops where you will have free time to take photographs, tour the facilities (without accessing them as access is not included), play with the snow or have fun with sleds or amateur snow equipment
● Please note that this is a mountain tour conditioned by weather conditions, road conditions and access viability, since in high demand situations authorities cut off and close access to certain ski centers to avoid crowds. In the event that the activity is partially suspended for this reason, an alternative route will be taken or the stay in the areas that can be visited will be prolonged
● In cases where due to force majeure it is impossible to carry out the tour on the booked date, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund for the service
● Please arrive at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the confirmed time to ensure the proper functioning of the service
● The tour start time and duration are approximate, they will depend on the assigned meeting point and travel time
● We do not pick up at hotels near the airport
● This tour operates with a minimum of 2 passengers; if this minimum is not met, you will be offered an alternative time or date, or a full refund

● For a better experience, it is recommended to dress according to weather conditions, use sunglasses, a hat and sunscreen, wear comfortable clothes and shoes, prepared for the snow, and bring a water bottle
