● Round-trip hotel transportation is included from convenient locations in Hilo
● If you are staying in the Kona area, we do not pickup in Kona
● If your hotel or the place you are staying is not listed, we will pick you up at the closest location
● Tour departs the first pickup location at 7:30 AM and returns at approximately 6:00 PM
● 24 hours prior to your tour, please re-confirm your pick up time and location by calling to the numbers in the voucher
● Please be at the pickup location 5 minutes prior and kindly allow up to 15 minutes flexibility in the event of unforeseen traffic conditions
● If you have questions about your pickup time and/or location, please phone the number in the voucher at least 24 hours prior to your tour. We use different buses, but all of them will display our Polynesian Adventure log
● If you received a voucher or ticket when you paid for your tour, please bring it with you to give to your driver. If you were not given a ticket, your bus driver will have a passenger list so just show your picture ID. You will be dropped off where we picked you
● Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes as there are sharp, uneven lava surfaces that you may want to traverse
● Bring a jacket or long sleeved shirt as the temperature at Hawaii Volcano National Park can be chilly
● Fumes (volcanic gasses) are hazardous to everyone's health
● Visitors with heart or breathing problems, infants, young children, and pregnant women should avoid being in areas where fumes persist
