● Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes prior to the tour departure time
● The aerial tour duration is approximately 40 to 45 minutes
● Present a valid government-issued photo ID (required for all passengers 18 years and older)
● Enjoy headset narration available in multiple languages (including Spanish, English, Italian, among others)
● Please note that airplanes have a maximum capacity of 17 passengers and a minimum of 4 paying passengers is required for the activity to operate
● Adhere to the baggage and camera policies: a bottle of water is permitted (must not be opened on board) as well as cameras or cell phones, while selfie sticks or extendable poles are strictly prohibited inside and near the aircraft
● Dress appropriately for the season: layer up from March to September, and wear warm clothing from October through mid-March
● Infants aged 0 to 23 months fly free of charge sitting on the lap of a responsible adult
● Arizona law requires a car safety seat or booster for children under 8 years old or under 4'9" / 1.45 m in height (car seat for children under 5, and booster seat for ages 5 to 7). They are provided free upon request during booking, or you may bring your own
