● Please select an accommodation from the list provided at the end of the booking process. The local provider will contact you before the activity starts to confirm the exact pickup time and location. If you have not received this confirmation 24 hours in advance, it is the passenger's obligation and responsibility to contact the local provider at the phone number indicated on the voucher.
● Please arrive at the pickup point 15 minutes in advance to avoid delays on the pickup route. If you are not punctual, you may lose the service without the right to a refund.
● Please dress according to the weather conditions. The use of comfortable clothing and footwear is recommended.
● Please note that the entrance fee to Tierra del Fuego National Park is not included; payment is mandatory and must be made upon arrival exclusively in cash (approximately 30000 ARS to be paid at destination for foreigners and 9000 ARS for Argentine residents). Credit and debit cards are not accepted.
● It is strictly mandatory to provide the full name, date of birth, ID or passport, nationality, and phone number of all passengers to confirm the reservation. Minors under 18 must provide a passport photo. Failure to provide this information will result in an unconfirmed reservation.
● Please note that pickup and drop-off cannot be scheduled from or to the port. If your accommodation is not included in the regular route, you will be directed to the nearest hotel as a meeting point.
● During the train ride, you will have an individual audio system with explanations available in seven languages.
● The duration and schedule of the tour are approximate and depend on the distance from the pickup point, the order of the route, and traffic conditions.
● The itinerary may be subject to changes due to weather conditions, traffic, city events, road closures, or high crowds.
● The service ends with the return to the initial pickup point.
