● Please arrive at the time printed on your ticket. Late arrivals will be accommodated on the next available timeslot, subject to availability
● Express Tickets allow you to skip the lines for exhibits and elevators to the 86th floor
● The building is fully ADA accessible, featuring an accessible entrance at 20 W 34th Street, ramps, accessible restrooms, lowered viewing walls, and accessible binoculars on the 86th floor. Wheelchairs (motorized or non-motorized) and service dogs are permitted. Strollers are allowed provided they can be folded on the observation decks
● Children under 5 years old enter free when accompanied by a paying adult
● Weapons or dangerous objects, glass bottles or containers, alcoholic beverages, cans, flasks, outside food and drinks, professional photography equipment, sports gear, markers or spray cans, musical instruments, costumes or masks (except face coverings), and bulky luggage or large suitcases are strictly prohibited. Please note that there are no lockers or luggage storage facilities on site
