You will take part in a chocolate workshop at Choco-Story Paris, where you will combine a hands-on experience with a self-guided visit to the museum. The activity is designed for you to learn basic chocolate-making techniques and, at the same time, discover the world of cocoa through an independent tour with tastings.
During the workshop, lasting approximately 45 minutes, you will work alongside a chocolatier and learn dipping (“trempage”) techniques using marshmallows, orangettes, and praline cubes. As the class progresses, you will apply what you learn in simple preparations, with a clear and guided approach.
Next, you will make and decorate your own mini chocolate bars. At the end, you will take home the chocolates you created during the workshop, as well as your apron and the mold used to make your creations, as a practical souvenir of the experience.
Your ticket will also include a self-guided museum visit with chocolate tastings, which you can do before or after the workshop depending on your preference, bearing in mind that the museum closes at 18:00. In this way, you will complete the experience with a cultural and sensory component, combining learning, making, and discovery.
