The program begins with a three-course gourmet dinner show, showcasing the best of Argentine cuisine. You can choose between hot or cold appetizers and main courses that include red meat, fish, pork, poultry, and homemade pasta, accompanied by traditional sides and desserts. Michelangelo offers vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, ensuring an inclusive and delicious experience for all tastes. Beverages—Malbec and Chardonnay wines, beer, soda, water, and coffee—are included to complete the gastronomic offering.

This is followed by a first-class performance featuring a sextet directed by Nicolás Ledesma, alongside renowned musicians such as Horacio Romo and Pablo Agri, members of the iconic Leopoldo Federico and Sexteto Mayor orchestras. The stellar voices of Néstor Fabián and María Pisoni, along with a tribute to the great Mariano Mores and five professional tango couples, complete a staging that pays tribute to the tradition of Argentine tango and folklore with emotion and artistic excellence.
