● Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the tour departure time
● Please note that there are 2 options to choose from according to your preference: a shared tour or a private tour
● You will have time to have lunch on your own prior to the visit to the Sagrada Familia
● For both the Park Güell and Sagrada Familia visits, the interior visit is done with an audio guide; only an exterior explanation will be provided before your interior visit
● The tour is wheelchair accessible; however, please note that at Park Güell the usual route may be affected as there are stairs to visit some areas of the park
● Please dress according to the weather conditions. Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended, as well as sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen, and a water bottle
● The Sagrada Familia reserves the right of admission. At the access control, visitors will be subject to a search of bags, backpacks, luggage, and personal effects. If a dangerous object is detected, it may be confiscated until departure or, failing that, access to the premises will be directly denied. Any type of weapon such as sharp objects, knives, or similar items is understood as a dangerous object. Any kind of banners, signs, scarves, or flags for protest purposes, as well as harmful chemicals that may be damaging to both the monument and people, will also be considered prohibited items
● Decorous dress is required, and the following limitations are established: both men and women must cover their shoulders and knees to enter the Basilica. Entering barefoot or in flip-flops is not allowed. Entering with transparent clothing, clothing geared towards celebrations of any kind, or ornaments designed to distract or attract attention for artistic, religious, promotional, or any other purposes is not allowed. Out of respect for other visitors and to maintain the atmosphere of recollection typical of a church, please conduct the visit without raising your voice. During the visit, civil behavior must be maintained, and crowds and running inside the premises must be avoided. It is mandatory to respect, protect, and promote the personal dignity, privacy, and personal rights of all people interacted with during the visit
● The holding of any type of protest act on the premises of the Basilica is prohibited. Smoking and eating are not allowed inside the premises. Beverages can only be consumed outside the building. Taking photographs or videos with a tripod inside the premises is also not allowed, except in the case of people or companies previously accredited by the Press Department. Taking photographs or video recordings for commercial, advertising, or informative purposes is not allowed without prior written authorization from the Foundation
● The Construction Board reserves the right to modify itineraries or limit the visible spaces of the temple for reasons of safety, restoration, maintenance, adverse weather conditions, or specific events. These changes will not affect the ticket price nor give the user the right to claim
