DAY 1. Arrival in Bariloche
Arrival at the airport and transfer to the selected hotel. Free time to explore the historic city centre at your leisure. Overnight stay.
DAY 2. Circuito Chico & Cerro Catedral Tour
Embark on one of Bariloche's most iconic and captivating excursions. The journey begins along Bustillo Avenue, following the shores of the majestic Nahuel Huapi Lake and passing charming spots such as Playa Bonita and Playa Serena. At kilometre 17, you will have the opportunity to take the chairlift to Cerro Campanario (optional ascent). From its summit, at 1,050 metres above sea level, enjoy one of the most breathtaking panoramic views in the region, with the option to taste local specialties.
The tour continues to Puerto Pañuelo, where you will admire the alpine-style architecture of San Eduardo Chapel and the iconic Llao Llao Hotel. The route then passes through Villa Tacul and Lago Escondido before reaching Angostura Bridge, overlooked by the impressive Cerro López, and finishes this section at the spectacular Moreno Lake viewpoint, the perfect place to capture unforgettable photographs.
The journey then continues to the renowned Cerro Catedral, South America's first ski resort and one of the world's leading winter sports destinations. Its cathedral-like peaks overlook more than 120 kilometres of ski slopes. The mountain resort is open year-round, offering skiing and snowboarding in winter, as well as hiking and mountain biking during the summer months (activities and lift tickets not included). After a day filled with spectacular scenery, return to Bariloche.
DAY 3. San Martín de los Andes & Seven Lakes Tour
Set off on an unforgettable journey through Argentine Patagonia and discover the spectacular landscapes connecting Bariloche with San Martín de los Andes. The tour begins in the northern area of Nahuel Huapi National Park, following scenic roads along the shores of the region's largest lake. Your first stop will be the picturesque town of Villa La Angostura, where you will have free time to stroll through its charming centre and enjoy its renowned gastronomy.
The journey continues along a beautiful forest-lined road winding through crystal-clear rivers and streams. This marks the beginning of the famous Seven Lakes Route, one of Patagonia's most scenic drives. Along the way, admire the stunning beauty of Lakes Espejo, Correntoso, Escondido, Villarino, Falkner and Machónico, each surrounded by lush forests and the majestic Andes Mountains.
Finally, following the shores of Lake Lácar, you will arrive in the beautiful town of San Martín de los Andes. Enjoy free time to have lunch, stroll through its peaceful streets and discover its main attractions. After an unforgettable day exploring some of Patagonia's most spectacular landscapes, return to Bariloche. The tour includes transportation and the services of a professional bilingual guide throughout the excursion.
