● Please be at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the tour begins
● IMPORTANT: please be punctual at the designated point, as the streets are narrow and the tour includes several pick-up points; the driver will not be able to wait
● Pick-up points may be modified in case of closed streets or access not permitted for the bus. If necessary, an alternative will be communicated the day before the service
● Schedules are subject to change due to local traffic conditions
● Pick-up takes place approximately 60 to 90 minutes before the cruise departure
● Please note that September is usually a windy month; however, weather conditions may vary and are not limited to a specific period
● The tour is not canceled due to weather conditions. In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions or by order of the local Port Authorities, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour for an alternative date or choose another tour. If no agreement is reached on an alternative solution, a full refund will be issued
● The boat schedule must be strictly observed. If the passenger misses boarding at any of the ports of call indicated in the itinerary, the carrier will not be responsible nor obliged to provide alternative transportation
● Passengers must comply with the safety regulations established by the shipping company and the captain’s instructions regarding order and safety on board, which are available at the terminals and on the vessel itself
● The vessel’s staff reserves the right to deny boarding to individuals under the influence of alcohol or substances, displaying inappropriate or threatening behavior, or failing to comply with safety, age or other applicable regulations
● Life jackets are provided only in case of emergency. For those who do not feel confident swimming, we provide “floating noodles”
● Please note that the stop at the thermal waters does not correspond to an organized complex, but to a natural swimming area located near the volcanic islets. Guests may swim directly from the boat (weather permitting), as it is not possible to dock in the area. Participation in this activity is entirely optional
● This tour is not suitable for infants, children under 5 years old, people with back problems, heart conditions, pregnant women, or wheelchair users, as it requires quite a bit of walking (the sites are accessible only on foot)
● Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended
● The indicated times and the order of visits are subject to possible changes
