Night Snowmobile Safari in Rovaniemi

● Please arrive at the pickup point 20 minutes before the scheduled time. Please note that pickups begin before the excursion start time
● Accommodation pickup is limited to a maximum of 15 km from the provider's office
● This is a night snowmobile safari, not a Northern Lights hunting tour. Aurora visibility is never guaranteed: it depends on weather conditions and solar activity
● To drive a snowmobile, the driver must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving license (Category B, car license). The original license must be carried. Riding is double (2 people per snowmobile), but single riding can be booked for a supplement. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed
● On this tour, snowmobile speed is limited to 40 km/h to ensure everyone's safety
● In the event of an accident causing damage to the snowmobile, the driver is liable to pay up to €750
● Before the tour, two optional insurance options can be purchased at the provider's office: Extra Liability, for €15 per driver, which reduces the maximum amount payable for material damage in the event of an accident to €150; and Self Liability, for €25 per driver, which reduces that amount to €0
● This activity is not suitable for women more than 3 months pregnant and is not recommended for travelers with back problems, heart conditions or serious medical conditions. If you have any illness or disability, please let us know in advance so we can assess whether you can take part in the tour. Children must be taller than 140 cm to join as passengers, due to the low night-time temperatures
● Thermal equipment (overall, boots, gloves, balaclava and helmet) will be provided, but we strongly recommend bringing additional warm clothing to wear underneath
● The activity may be affected by external causes beyond the provider's control
● The provider is not responsible for any physical injury or loss of or damage to personal belongings during the experience
