If you wish to change your tour, simply confirm by replying to that email and we will manage the change. If you prefer to wait until the last minute to see if more bookings come in from other clients, you do not need to reply to the message; our team will keep you informed of any updates. If, by the deadline (4:30 PM the day before the tour), the minimum number of participants has not been reached, we will notify you of the cancellation of your booking and proceed with a 100% refund of your booking value
