Tour to Chichen Itza at Sunrise without Crowds with Optional Pickup

● For all tours that include transportation: for safety reasons, all babies must travel in an approved child restraint system inside the bus, Amigo Tours does not provide this device, so each client must bring their own seat, because the restraint system occupies a seat, a charge of 15 USD will be applied to guarantee and reserve said seat on the bus

● Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the tour departure time
● The meeting point will be at Blvd. Kukulcan Km. 18.5, Hotel Zone, 77500 Cancun, Q.R., Mexico. Hotel Crown Paradise Club Cancun. Subsequently, a stop will be made at Presidente Intercontinental (bus stop) and the Oasis Smart hotel in Downtown Cancun. The local operator will contact the passenger by phone 24 hours before departure to confirm the meeting point and tour departure time; if this communication is not received, it is the passenger's responsibility to contact the local provider at the number indicated on the voucher to confirm the schedule and meeting point
● If you select the hotel pickup option, you must indicate the name of your hotel before completing the purchase. The local operator will contact you within 24 hours prior to the tour departure to confirm if your hotel is included in the pickup route and will provide the time. Otherwise, they will inform you of the nearest meeting point. If the operator does not make contact, it is the passenger's responsibility to contact the local provider at the number indicated on the voucher to confirm the schedule and meeting point
● The tour duration is approximate and will depend on the assigned meeting point and the duration of the travel
● The Chichén Itzá tax refers to the entrance fee to the archaeological site, which varies according to the visitor's nationality and residency. It must be paid by credit card; cash is not accepted.
● Students, teachers, Mexicans, and children receive a discount on the Chichén Itzá tax by presenting their corresponding accreditation on the day of the tour. The discount will not be applicable without official identification
● By government order, if you wish to enter the Chichén Itzá archaeological site with photographic devices (GoPro, professional camera, selfie stick, and drones), you must pay an additional fee per device at the ticket office
● Not wheelchair accessible
● For a better experience, it is recommended to dress according to weather conditions, wear sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen, wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and bring a bottle of water
