● There is no on-site storage. We recommend not bringing large bags, backpacks, extra clothing, or baby carriages. No pets are allowed
● The Abbey is an active place of worship so all visitors, including infants, should keep noise to a minimum. Access for prams is limited
● Buckingham Palace and Big Ben are closed to the public; entry is excluded
● The order of stops may change due to operational reasons
● The guide will arrive 5–10 minutes before the start time. Please call if the start time has passed and the guide is not found there
● In case of unexpected closures, an audio guide or a refund of the ticket cost will be offered
