● It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 20 minutes before departure. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated. Missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded. ● If you select the option with SUMMIT One, the tour ends there. You can remain in the SUMMIT at your leisure following the tour
● Gratuities for your guides/driver that provided excellent service are appreciated
● This tour involves a fair amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended
● Some sites visited lack shade and can be hot under direct sunlight. We recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen and a bottle of water in warm weather
● New York city tourist sites are among the most popular in the world, but please be aware that some locations may be unavoidably busy during standard hours
● Photography is permited throughout the tour
● We reserve the right to refuse participation on its tours to any guest under the influence of drugs or alcohol or to any guest whose behavior is disorderly, or poses a threat to other guests or staff
● Most venues/attractions in NYC have airport-like security and item restrictions apply
● We do not recommend bringing bags bigger than a bag pack. We are not responsible for dismissal of items or refused entry due to illicit items
● Due to the sensitivity our mirrored floors, soft soled or wedge heeled shoes are recommended. Stiletto heels are not permitted
● Guests are encouraged to wear pants, leggings, tights, or any other type of attire that protects from unwanted exposure from the many reflective surfaces throughout our spaces
● If visiting SUMMIT during the day, guests are encouraged to bring sunglasses to protect against the glare
● SUMMIT does not have a bag/coatcheck so please plan accordingly, as you will have to carry your belongings
● Kindly note that there are two versions of this tour available: one that includes admission to SUMMIT and one that does not. Be aware that the duration of the tour may vary depending on the selected option
● IMPORTANT: This tour requires a minimum of 4 people to operate. If the minimum is not reached, refunds or alternative dates will be offered
