This walking tour invites you to discover the historic center of Milan, combining history, art and architecture in one of Italy's most elegant cities.
The first stop is Piazza del Duomo, the city's central hub, home to Milan Cathedral, a masterpiece of Gothic art that took nearly six centuries to complete and is today considered the third largest church in the world.
A few steps away lies the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, known as "Milan's living room," where you can admire its glass and iron dome, luxury boutiques and historic cafés.
The tour continues along Via Dante to the Teatro alla Scala, one of the world's most important opera houses, opened in 1778 and home to legendary performers such as Pavarotti, Maria Callas and Montserrat Caballé.
The visit ends at the Sforza Castle, a 14th-century fortress that once served as the residence of the Dukes of Milan and today houses several museums and art collections.
