● Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before the start of the activity
● In this visit, the maximum group size is 30 people. The guide will use an individual radio system so that everyone can follow the explanation comfortably
● A radio guide system is included for groups of more than 10 or 15 people (according to monument regulations), except for children under 10, who do not pay for the tour and do not have a reserved radio guide (one can be hired for €2 via direct payment with prior reservation by the client)
● Group visitors have a faster entry system than individual visitors
● At the Synagogue entrance, it will be the only place where you might have to wait briefly, only on high-season days. It is a small monument and groups enter little by little. However, you can listen to the guide's explanation while accessing the monument
● Wheelchair accessible. Yes, there are no stairs or ramps on this visit. Comfortable footwear is recommended as several streets on the route are cobbled
● Inside the monument, eating or drinking anything other than water is not allowed. It is permitted in the Mosque-Cathedral's courtyard
● The Mosque-Cathedral is a Christian temple, so it is recommended not to wear clothing that is too short or has very low necklines out of respect. Strapless tops or tank tops are allowed without needing to cover up
