● Please select one of our pick-up locations when booking. It is very important to note in this case that it is the sole obligation and responsibility of the passenger, in the event of not having received communication from the local provider, to contact the local number provided on the voucher one day before the service to confirm the exact pick-up point and time
● You will get a poncho to keep you dry from wet activities, however, your shoes might get wet depending on where you stand. Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended
● No space for luggage or large strollers (bags and foldable items that can fit under a seat are okay)
● You can add other attractions when you're in Niagara Falls, like the Niagara Helicopter Ride or Skylon Tower (availability depends on visibility)
● Boat cruise is open from around May to December, subject to weather, and replaced with "Niagara Power Station + Flight" when closed
