● Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before the tour departure time
● At the end of the first part of the tour, the visit to Montserrat ends and you will have free time before heading to the Sagrada Familia cathedral at 3:15 PM at Carrer de Nàpols, 218, 08013 Barcelona to continue the tour (we recommend checking the meeting point time with your guide at the beginning of your tour)
● Not wheelchair accessible
● Please dress according to the weather conditions. The climate is mountainous. Depending on the season, you will need warm/rain clothes or a hat, sunscreen, and a water bottle. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and footwear
● We recommend checking the schedules of the facilities you wish to visit during your free time before your tour, as well as bringing appropriate equipment if you intend to do a short hiking trail
● For the visit to the Montserrat Monastery and the Sagrada Familia, appropriate attire is required, and the following limitations apply: Both men and women must cover their shoulders and knees to enter the Basilica. Bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed. Transparent clothing, attire intended for celebrations of any kind, and ornaments designed to distract or attract attention for artistic, religious, promotional, or any other purposes are not permitted. Out of respect for other visitors and to maintain the atmosphere of recollection proper to a church, visitors are requested to conduct their visit without raising their voices. During the visit, civic behavior must be maintained, and crowding and running within the premises must be avoided. It is mandatory to respect, protect, and promote the personal dignity, privacy, and personal rights of all people interacted with during the visit
● The Sagrada Familia reserves the right of admission. At the access control, visitors will be subject to a search of bags, backpacks, luggage, and personal effects. If a dangerous object is detected, it may be confiscated until departure or, failing that, access to the premises will be directly denied. A dangerous object is understood to be any type of weapon such as sharp objects, knives, or similar. Prohibited items also include all kinds of banners, signs, scarves, or flags for protest purposes, as well as harmful chemicals that could damage the monument or harm people
● Any type of protest act on the premises of the Basilica is prohibited. Smoking and eating are not allowed inside the premises. Drinks may only be consumed outside the building. Taking photographs or videos with a tripod is also not permitted inside the premises, except for individuals or companies previously accredited by the Press Department. Taking photographs or video recordings for commercial, advertising, or informational purposes is not permitted without prior written authorization from the Foundation
● The CONSTRUCTION BOARD reserves the right to modify itineraries or limit the visible spaces of the temple for reasons of safety, restoration, maintenance, adverse weather conditions, or specific events. These changes will not affect the ticket price nor give the user the right to claim
