● It is very important to note that it is the passenger's sole obligation and responsibility to contact the local contact number one day before the service to confirm the exact pick-up point and time

● In the event that a site is closed, it will be replaced by a similar one
● Please dress according to the weather conditions. We recommend comfortable clothes and shoes, a coat, waterproof jacket, sunglasses, repellent, hat, and sunscreen to avoid potential burns
● Try to bring your own water bottle and avoid using plastic bottles to help the planet
● Please bring your ID and extra money in case you want to buy souvenirs or additional food
● Infants under 2 years old are free of charge and do not occupy a seat. Children aged 2 to 4 pay 50% of the tour, occupy a seat, but do not pay for entrance fees. It is important to inform the company to provide the appropriate safety seat. Children over 4 years old pay 100% of the tour and cover all entrance fees
● This is a walking tour with a lot of walking, not recommended for people with mobility problems, although more stops with shade/seating, a steady pace, and strategic use of escalators can be scheduled. Let us know beforehand to optimize the incline route
