Route of the 7 Treasures: El Dorado, Salt, and Ancestral Wisdom. Live a journey that connects the mysticism of Lake Guatavita with the majesty of the Salt Cathedral, collecting the 7 treasures that reveal our culture's origin.
We invite you to a signature experience designed for those seeking a real connection with our roots through the "Route of the 7 Treasures." The journey begins by traveling across the Andes mountain range to collect the treasures of Nature and Cocoa, reaching the Town of Guatavita, where the Treasure of Purification awaits among its white facades. From there, we will ascend to the Sacred Lagoon, the real setting of the Legend of El Dorado, to discover the Treasure of Water. Enveloped by the mysticism of the paramo, you will learn about Muisca rituals and understand that their gold offerings were bridges of gratitude toward natural balance.
After this mystical immersion, we will share the Treasure of the Earth with a regional gastronomic lunch in Zipaquirá, before diving 180 meters underground. Upon entering the Salt Cathedral, Colombia's first wonder, we will find the Treasure of Protection: a sanctuary of monumental naves where engineering and faith merge into a renewal ritual. The journey culminates with the Treasure of Legacy, an encounter with the salt-carving art of our local artisans. By the end of the day, you will have completed a sacred map, understanding that Colombia's true treasure is not gold, but the ancestral wisdom that still beats in our land.
