Full-Day Tour to Gozo and Comino

● Please be at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the tour starts
● Please provide full details of your accommodation at the time of booking. It is very important to note in this case that it is the sole obligation and responsibility of the passenger, in the event of not having received communication from the local provider, to contact the local number provided on the voucher one day before the service to confirm the exact pick-up point and time
● The time shown on the website or on your ticket is the approximate start time of when the pickups commence and not the time when the activity starts or the time when you will be picked up from your hotel
● The provider reserves the right to change the order of the visits without prior notice. The company reserves the right to alter or cancel this excursion according to prevailing weather conditions

● Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended. To enter churches, shoulders and up to the knees must be covered

● Passengers need a ticket/permission to access/disembark at the Blue Lagoon, Comino. Tickets have to be obtained by client online from the Blue Lagoon Access Management System (AMS) - www.blcomino.com
● The Maltese Authorities enforce this requirement; without a ticket/permission, no one can step on land at the Blue Lagoon in Comino. Kindly book your ticket/permission before booking this tour, to ensure there is still availability to access the lagoon. Clients booked on this tour must book the Afternoon Slot only (13:30 to 17:30). On booking, clients will receive a QR Code, then it will be scanned
● If clients do not wish to step on land / disembark at the Blue Lagoon in Comino, no booking is required. Swimming in other areas of Comino, apart from the Blue Lagoon, is permissible without the need to book a ticket
● Even if services are confirmed, if the minimum number of 10 participants indicated on each voucher is not reached before departure, the provider reserves the right to cancel the excursion. This cancellation may occur at any time, even on the day of the excursion. In the event of cancellation due to not reaching the minimum number of participants, the full amount of the service will be refunded
