● If you select the hotel pickup option in the Riviera Maya or Cancun (VIP and DELUXE options), you must provide the name of your hotel before completing the purchase. The local operator will get in touch within 24 hours prior to the tour departure to confirm if your hotel is included in the pickup route and provide the time. Otherwise, they will inform you of the nearest meeting point. If the operator does not make contact, it is the passenger's responsibility to contact the local provider at the number indicated on the voucher to confirm the schedule and meeting point
● The duration of the tour is approximate and will depend on the assigned meeting point and travel time
● The archaeological zone tax varies according to the visitor's nationality and residence. It must be paid by credit card; cash is not accepted
● Students, teachers, Mexican citizens, and children receive a discount on the archaeological zone tax by presenting their corresponding accreditation on the day of the tour. The discount will not apply without official identification
