Discover Giethoorn, an idyllic village in the province of Overijssel, often known as the "Little Venice" of the Netherlands, famous for its many waterways and the absence of roads and cars. Its beautiful canals, picturesque wooden bridges, and centuries-old thatched-roof farms give it a unique fairy-tale touch.
This tour will take you from Amsterdam to Giethoorn on a comfortable bus. You will explore the village by boat, sailing through the canals on a traditional one-hour tour, and you will have free time to explore the idyllic fairy-tale village on your own, take photos, or have lunch (lunch is not included). In addition, the tour includes a photo stop at the spectacular Afsluitdijk, the most spectacular civil engineering structure in Holland, thirty-two kilometers long. The tour has a multilingual guide in English and Spanish.
