Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and Basilica Tour

● Find us at the office located at Via Mocenigo 15, approximately 2 minutes from the Vatican Museums. Walk down the stairs located opposite the large white marble exit of the Vatican Museums. Take the first street on the left, Via Sebastiano Veniero, continue straight to the end of the street and turn right to reach Via Mocenigo. You will find purple flags outside our office
● Vatican tickets are nominative and non-transferable. The first name and surname must exactly match the document presented on the day of the visit (ID card or passport). In the event of a discrepancy, access may be denied by the monument and the booking cancelled without the right to a refund
● All passengers must present themselves with valid documentation on the day of the tour ● It is mandatory to correctly fill in the details of all passengers: full name(s) and surname(s), date of birth and nationality. The details entered in the booking cannot be edited, no name or data changes are allowed once the booking is closed; it will be necessary to cancel and rebook, subject to availability
● The date of birth is necessary to correctly identify the categories of adults, minors and infants. Nationality is required especially for the special rates for European Union citizens between 18 and 25 years old, where applicable
● All passengers, including minors and infants (even if travelling for free), must be included in the booking and present valid documentation on the day of the visit. Minors must always enter accompanied by at least one adult
● Access to the Vatican Museums for booked groups is via a dedicated queue. However, waiting times may vary depending on the season and security checks with metal detectors
● If you have a metal-coated pacemaker, you must show your pacemaker identification card at the security checks
● The tour inside the Vatican Museums may undergo modifications according to internal museum regulations. Likewise, St Peter's Basilica may close partially or completely without prior notice due to ceremonies, extraordinary religious events or Vatican decisions
● For security reasons, it is forbidden to enter with weapons, knives, scissors, blunt objects, alcoholic beverages, glass bottles or cans, laser pointers, large umbrellas, drones and selfie sticks. Bulky backpacks or bags larger than 40 × 35 × 15 cm are also not allowed
● As this is a place of worship, it is mandatory to dress appropriately: shoulders and knees must remain covered during the visit
● Important Vatican: official tickets and their issuance are guaranteed with the booking confirmation. However, the Vatican may make subsequent operational adjustments, so the entry time, accesses or the tour could undergo modifications. In the event of a modification, the closest available time to the originally selected one will be assigned

Customers are entitled to a full refund for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity start time. After this time, no refund will be provided.
