Meet your guide at Super AKI Tulum at 6:00 a.m. The local operator will contact the passenger by phone 24 hours before departure to confirm the meeting point and departure time; if you do not receive this communication, it is the passenger's responsibility to contact the local provider at the number indicated on the voucher to confirm it
● If you select the hotel pickup option (VIP, DELUXE) you must provide the name of your hotel before completing the purchase. The local operator will get in touch within 24 hours prior to the tour departure to confirm if your hotel is included in the pickup route and provide the time. Otherwise, they will inform you of the nearest meeting point. If the operator does not make contact, it is the passenger's responsibility to contact the local provider at the number indicated on the voucher to confirm it
● The duration of the tour is approximate and will depend on the assigned meeting point and travel time
● The Chichen Itza tax refers to the admission cost to the archaeological zone, which varies according to the visitor's nationality and residence. It must be paid by credit card; cash is not accepted
● Students, teachers, Mexican citizens, and children receive a discount on the Chichen Itza tax by presenting their corresponding accreditation on the day of the tour. The discount will not apply without official identification
● By government order, if you wish to enter the Chichen Itza archaeological site with photographic devices (GoPro, professional camera, selfie stick, and drones), you must pay an additional fee per device at the ticket office
● Not wheelchair accessible
● For a better experience, it is recommended to dress according to weather conditions, use sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen, wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and bring a water bottle
